Challenge

After 16 years of occupying their own property, Bayer Australia required a redesign and refurbishment of their Head Office at Pymble.

Solution

Insight Projects was commissioned to undertake the design and management of a staged refurbishment. A Facility Master Plan and comprehensive design were produced by Insight Projects, and a multiple-staged reconstruction of the whole facility then managed .

The project caused minimal disruption to Bayers' daily business.
