Challenge

Church and Grace required relocation of their legal practice from Chifley Square to Martin Place accommodating 30 staff within 750m2. For a company with a long history of tradition, church and Grace approached Insight Projects to handle the design and construction of their new legal offices for the second time in a 10 year period.

Solution

Church and Grace appointed Insight to provide a complete Design Project and Construction Management service. This turn-key approach ensured total responsibility for all facets of the project rested with Insight.

Result

Insight gathered the brief, completed the design and project /construction managed the project to meet budget and programme constraints. Insight assisted in the property search and was responsible for the selection of all furniture, fittings and finishes to produce a tightly crafted, uniquely designed fitout.
