Taking up 3 floors of 1 Atchison St, with room for expansion, the new ADA NSW professional development centre and office space became their new state of the art training facility and home.
Reception on level 1 is their student and professionals waiting and sign in area, a welcoming, fresh, relaxed but professional space with a display of historical dental artifacts and a casual and comfortable banquette and seating area. This entry floor also houses the 54 seat seminar lecture theatre, a large multi-functional breakout space and catering kitchen for staff, visitors and students and the new national Library.
The library with floor to ceiling custom joinery became the new student library housing not only the dental library content of NSW but from most of Australia.
Level 2 is dedicated to CPD – The Centre of professional development. This floor composes of a CTC training lab with custom built lab benches fully equipped with latest specialised dental equipment catering for up to 24 students / trainees. Just adjacent to this is the dental training facilities, comprising of 4 open planned surgeries with dental chairs and dental prep area where both students and professionals can train and also training videos can be filmed in house.
This floor also caters for the BBP department, ADA NSW’s internal AV and media creation arm and also some staff workspace areas.
On Level 4 is where the businesses main staff offices and open plan workspace resides, it also has it’s own private staff breakout / servery facilities and has various sized meeting rooms for internal staff use.
