Our vision for Barangaroo Orthopaedic and Sports Injury Clinic (BOSIC) was to create a modern, upmarket multi-disciplinary clinic that could stand proudly in the brand new, 6-green-star Barangaroo developed, providing the highest level of clinical services to the upmarket clientele in the precinct and surrounds. It also had to be a place that we all love spending our working days. This vision was entrusted to Matt and the team at Insight Projects, and we honestly could not have made a better choice. From the first brief they understood exactly what we wanted (and a lot of things we didn’t even know we wanted!). The design layout maximised the use of the available space, and Danielle and Nicolle were incredible with advising and working with us to ensure that the design and finishes we chose achieved the look and feel we were after. The build process was anything but straight forward, with obstacles and roadblocks everywhere you turned. The team from Insight took everything in their stride, working within the numerous rules and restrictions of the development, as well as the very tight time frame that was given to us to complete the fit out. The result, Matt, Danielle and Nicolle delivered a finished product that exceeded our wildest expectations, all on time and on budget. A stand-out feature of working with Insight was their communication. At every stage we consulted, informed and kept appraised of the progress. Any issues were dealt with quickly and the advice they provided was always spot on. I would not hesitate Insight Projects and I would definitely use them again if we ever build another clinic
The Australian Dental Association Inc. relocated to Chandos Street St Leonards in 2009 and appointed Insight Projects to design and fit out our new offices. Prior to the decision to move, Insight Projects Pty Ltd were able to provide prompt and considered advice as to the viability of redesigning our existing premises. Their practical advice was of great assistance to the ADA in its deliberations. Throughout the relocation project the Insight team worked tirelessly with me and the Building Project Committee in order to meet' the ADA Inc. criteria and budget whilst at the same time ensuring that design and functionality were not compromised. This culminated in a finished project that is both functional and has afforded our staff a delightful atmosphere in which to work. The Insight Team were always highly professional and very responsive to our requirements. Timing of completion of the works was crucial and Insight managed to complete the project within the set timeframe. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome of the project and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Having never completed an office fit-out and relocation, the experience and expertise of Insight Projects (IP's) was critical to MWV's successful office fit-out and relocation. IP's ability to listen to MWV's specific needs was demonstrated when the initial plans and vision of the new office was presented by the IP team. IP's team of professionals orchestrated an office fit-out project from blueprint to finished product on-time, under budget and exceeding all visual expectations. Damien and Peter's hands-on communicative approach throughout the project was testament to IP's reputation in the market. Insight Projects were appointed in 2009 as Project & Construction Managers for our 10,000 sqm Head Office relocation into 275 George Street, Brisbane. Matt and the team from Insight brought professionalism, flexibility and attention to detail into what ended up being a very fast track programme that required progressive handovers in a building still under construction. Throughout the project Insight were extremely responsive to our needs and placed great emphasis on successfully meeting the time and financial constraints that we placed upon them. We continue to work closely with Insight and have expanded their role to include the Interior Design services that are required to cater for the needs of a progressive Company such as Queensland Gas.
