Challenge
Varian Medical Systems required warehouse and office facilities, larger than what was provided at their premises in Frenchs Forest. The American Parent Company had specific products and relationships with suppliers that required specialist skills and a move that was non-confrontational.
Solution
Insight Projects was appointed to source and coordinate their fitout in both Interior Design and Construction. The design was to provide a relaxed office environment with a warehouse that was totalitarian.
Result
The move was successfully coordinated to avoid disruption to the management team and the fitout of their premises was completed within budget and programme.
