Campus Living Villages

SCOPE:

Campus Living Villages (CLV) is a global company focused on quality student accommodation precincts for Universities across Australia. CLV were required to relocate from their existing Sydney CBD tenancy within a limited time frame. With a lean budget and environmentally conscious values the new space needed to reuse existing furniture from their previous office space and new site yet still reflect a vibrant youthful yet sophisticated business culture, in a more open plan layout. The Client’s brief included a dedicated call centre, refurbished breakout space, open plan work space and a dynamically branded, flexible waiting and casual meeting area & boardroom that catered for staff board meetings and functions.

SOLUTION:

Insight Projects was appointed to provide the Design, Project Management & Construction Management of the relocated CLV Headquarters to Trinti 2 towers on Delhi Road in North Ryde. Insight assisted CLV in assessing and re-planning the new tenancy to ensure the best possible fit for the Client. Insight worked closely with CLV to maintain a relaxed and modern atmosphere through use of bold branded graphics to walls to work alongside their existing reused, contemporary furniture. The ‘Back of House’ work space was designed to offer a balance of interactive open plan settings and various enclosed casual meeting areas. A bright and exciting colour palette was used throughout the work space to reflect the CLV values and branding.
