Forestry Corporation, Coffs Harbour

SCOPE:

Forestry Corporation manages timber production in NSW’s state-owned commercial native forests. Prior to Insight Projects involvement Forestry Corporation had two separate office facilities based in Coffs Harbour. Both offices were becoming outdated and Forestry essentially needed a transformation of their brand. Their brief was to not only find them a new headquarters but also include their timber throughout the design so the whole space could be used as a showcase for what Forestry does.

SOLUTION:

From our initial appointment to handover, Insight was involved throughout the entire process, from site selection, to design and management and relocation from existing sites. To a green site within the central city of Coffs Harbour acting as FC’s specialist design consultant and PM, Insight developed a new fit-out Concept and Design package that is now being run out in all FC facilities throughout the State on a progressive basis. Minimal offices and open plan office environment was the result.
