From a dilapidated unit block to a fully revitalised residential complex. Insight Projects was appointed to provide Design & Design Management Services from Concept through to completion.

The transformation involved the complete strip out and refurbishment of 11 apartments, including new kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, living spaces, bedrooms, and balcony upgrades. Additional works included a new roof, upgraded windows and doors, refurbished foyers, and refreshed landscaping throughout the site.

A neutral and timeless material palette was selected to create a cohesive, contemporary aesthetic designed to stand the test of time. The result is a warm, functional, and welcoming residential environment for its residents.
