From a dilapidated unit block to a fully refurbished complex, Insight Projects was appointed for the design, with Build Consult Projects delivering the build.

Collectively, we transformed 11 units with new bathrooms, laundries, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms, and balconies. The project also included a new roof, upgraded windows & doors, foyer upgrades and new landscaping.

The design featured a neutral, timeless palette, that will remain fresh for years to come. Designed by Insight Projects and built by Build Consult Projects, CMS Parramatta is now a contemporary, functional, and welcoming residential space.
